Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and service fire alarm systems in residential and commercial properties.
- NICET certified not required but recommended
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot fire alarm system malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients regarding fire safety and alarm systems.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance system performance and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in fire alarm technology.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a fire alarm installer or service technician for 5+ years
- Relevant certifications and licenses in fire alarm systems are required
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
